  • 1. How can I use Readly?

    To read magazines on Readly you can download our app to your phone or tablet from:

    In our apps for phone and tablet you can download magazines for offline reading without an internet connection. Perfect for long journeys!

    A Readly subscription will allow you to read on up to 5 devices simultaneously. You can also create 5 individual user profiles. One subscription is enough for the whole family!

     

  • 2. How do I share my subscription?

    Your subscription can be shared among 5 profiles and used on 5 devices. 

    All you will need to do to share your subscription is to download the app on the new device. When the app is downloaded, you sign in with your account details to access the subscription. Once signed in, your friends and family can create their own profiles for reading. Each profile will have its individual settings for favorite magazines, bookmarks and so on.

  • 5. How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. For subscriptions purchased directly from Readly you can easily cancel your subscription on your customer account. For subscriptions purchased from a third party vendor, you can cancel directly with them. Read more here.

  • 8. How do I pay?

    You can pay your subscription safely by registering a payment method on your customer account. Payment is always made in advance and deducted automatically each month. 

    The following payment methods are available: 

    • Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard)
    • PayPal

    If you wish to pay using a payment method connected to your Apple ID, Google Play or Amazon account, this is available when purchasing a subscription in the app from one of our in-app resellers.

  • 9. I forgot my password - what do I do?

    You can easily reset your password before signing in.

    Click on “Reset Your Password” below the login field and enter your registered email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
